In FUNDEVI we have a specialized team in construction techniques for social housing, construction professionals that provide technical support to the customers by evaluating current infrastructure, construction design and budget to be financed. They supervise and follow the project’s progress to make sure that the funds are properly invested. And also, they guide the clients for a better use of their loan.
The construction assistance is given in three stages:
The subsidy grants are subject to fund availability on behalf of the Government.
FUNDEVI is a private institution, however, it is qualified by the government housing authorities to intermediate subsidies, for construction or purchase, according to their conditions.
The subsidy is a benefit granted by the Government only once and is currently given according to family income, as follows:
The value of the asset must not exceed US$34,683.10
