Along our path, we have made strategical changes regarding our brand, infrastructure, technology, business processes, products and credit conditions; all together, these adjustments have allowed us to continuously improve our institutional performance. 

We are currently recognized as a well-positioned financial institution in the Honduran market with acknowledged credibility, leadership and a high level of social housing financing specialization. 

We are aware that to keep growing, we must face the changing conditions of our challenging market, with the invariable purpose of supporting the efforts of low income families to solve their housing needs through financing in accordance to our corporate values.

Through our strategy, entirely focused in achieving our financial goals and our commitment to society, especially to the most vulnerable, we currently consolidate 65% of the social housing financing market share in the country. Over 83,000 Honduran families have managed to obtain their own homes thanks to the loans we provide.
