Urban/Land Developers Partnerships
We create partnerships with urban/land developers for the construction of housing projects, with them held as responsible for the construction process, while we provide financing to the people interested in the lots or houses within the project.
Infrastructure credits finance basic services for new housing projects, as well as for settled communities that lack of one or more of these services (water, sewage, electricity, legalized lots).
This credit is a solution for the development of projects such as:
- Water networks
- Sanitary sewage
- House waste disposal system
- Water treatment
- Rain drainage
- Streets, pedestrian walkways, stairs
- Retaining walls
- Electricity distribution networks
Bridge Loan: Qualified urban/land developers may access to these loans for infrastructure projects. The loan is recovered through the repayment of the granted individual credits within the project.

- Present Project Profile which must have:
-Credit application, letter of intent and commitment letter to sell the lots to our target market.
-Project description - Neighborhood municipality certificate
- Neighborhood design plan
- Energy network design and budget, signed and sealed by the designer and sealed by ENEE
- Water network design and budget
- Water treatment design
- Environmental license (UMA, Mi Ambiente)
- COPECO certificate of risk location
- Purchase – sale contract and title deed to property
- Certificate of property lien
- Lot registration number (if applicable)
- Lot valuation
- Lot pictures
- Design plans and budgets of the house models
- Project budget and construction timetable
- Construction license
- Construction company´s title deed or sole trader title deed
- NTN of the construction company
- ID and NTN of company´s legal representative or lot owner
- Legal representative’s power of the company
- Urban/land developer experience review
- Company´s financial statements of the past three years
- Business operation license
- Equity increase title deed
