FUNDEVI CELEBRATES ITS 17TH ANNIVERSARY DONATING MEDICINE SUPPLY TO THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

As part of its seventeenth anniversary celebration, the Foundation for Social Housing Development (FUNDEVI) made the 17th medicine donation this year; on this occasion it was the National University Hospital that received the grant with an approximate value ofUS$10,202.37.

In addition to provide housing credit, having benefitted approximately 76,000 families through US$236.7 million in financing, FUNDEVI stands out for its corporate social responsibility activities, especially its “Identified with public health” program.

This program operates since 2016 and it consists in a series of regularly-used medicine donations to public medical centers of the country, particularly to those which our customers and target market attend.

During 2018, FUNDEVI made relevant medicine donations to the following hospitals: Dr. Salvador Paredes Hospital in Trujillo, Margie Dip Foundation and Atlántida Regional Hospital in La Ceiba, San Isidro Hospital in Tocoa, El Progreso Hospital in El Progreso, Aníbal Murillo Hospital in Olanchito, Santa Teresa Hospital in Comayagua, Roberto Suazo Córdova Hospital in La Paz, San Lorenzo Hospital in San Lorenzo, Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital and Leonardo Martínez Valenzuela Hospital in San Pedro Sula, Occidente Hospital in Santa Rosa, San Francisco Hospital in Juticalpa, Gabriela Alvarado Hospital in Danlí, South General Hospital in Choluteca, and San Felipe Hospital in Tegucigalpa.

The donations made during 2018 are estimated to have a net worth of US$118,347.54.
