FUNDEVI'S 20TH ANNIVERSARY

December 13, 2021

FUNDEVI, a story that deserves to be told

FUNDEVI, during its 20th anniversary, continues positioning itself as a specialized financial institution in social housing. Since its origins, FUNDEVI has focused its efforts on improving the housing conditions of low-income families with accessible financing solutions and technical support.

FUNDEVI concentrates 67% of the housing financing market of the country. Throughout history, FUNDEVI has granted approximately 83,000 credit solutions, benefiting the same number of families, which are 500,000 Hondurans.

With the economic crisis created due to COVID-19 and the hurricanes ETA and IOTA, FUNDEVI currently provides new financial products adapted to its target market necessities. In addition to housing credits, FUNDEVI provides loans for business, debt consolidation, and personal use.

Also, since 2007, FUNDEVI has carried out a corporate social responsibility program. One of the most important programs is, Identified with Public Health, which began in 2016. This program consists of donating medical supplies to the hospitals and health centers of the country, especially to those that tend to the medical needs of the population within our target market.

Throughout 2021, FUNDEVI continued its corporate social responsibility program by granting frequently used medicines, COVID-19 treatment, and protection gear to 17 public hospitals and health centers nationwide, as well as the Medical Association of Honduras and the Private Sector Council (COHEP).
