The Foundation for Social Housing Development (FUNDEVI) informs to people interested in housing subsidies, that:

• FUNDEVI is a private institution, however, it is qualified by the government housing authorities to intermediate subsidies.
• Starting on Wednesday, February 21, the Foundation will continue the process of subsidy intermediation.
• Subsidies will be granted only for house purchase or construction.
• In order to be a subsidy beneficiary, applicants must fulfill all requirements and conditions established by Honduran Government.
